A place to put it all down.
Personalized in-home bodywork + ongoing care for people carrying more than they realize.
More Than a Massage
People often think they're coming to me because of a tight shoulder or a sore back.
The reality is always deeper.
Yes, the root story is stress. But it’s also responsibility. Grief. Change. Caregiving. Long workdays.
And simply the weight of being human.
Our bodies don’t intend to work against us. More often, they're doing their best to help us adapt. But over time, those adaptations can begin to create pain, tension, and limitations of their own.
What we feel in our bodies doesn't happen in isolation.
Neither does healing.
My work combines two decades of massage therapy, craniosacral therapy, fascia work, curiosity, conversation, and a deeply personalized approach to care.
Yes, it's bodywork, but it's really about creating a space where you can stop managing, stop pushing through, and simply receive care.
Because meaningful change doesn't happen in a single session.
It happens through relationship.
Through consistency. Through trust. Through being listened to over time.
Each session builds on the last, creating a deeper understanding of your body and what helps it thrive. As trust develops—with both your body and with me—our work often becomes more intuitive, more effective, and more lasting.
Together, we create the conditions where relief, restoration, and meaningful change can emerge.
All in the comfort of your own home—a space that's already familiar, safe, and yours.
Because rest is part of the work.
My name is Becca, and I’m so excited to connect with you.
I grew up in Maryland and originally thought I'd pursue a career in photojournalism. I spent two years in art school studying photography, drawn to stories, people, and the moments that reveal something deeper beneath the surface. Eventually, life took me in a different direction, and I found my way to massage school.
What began as an interest in helping people feel better—and working in beautiful, relaxing spaces—grew into something much deeper.
I've been practicing massage therapy since 2006. After nearly 15 years working in spas, I started my mobile private practice in 2020. That transition renewed my connection to bodywork and helped me understand something I'd sensed all along:
healing happens differently at home.
When people are already in a space that feels familiar and safe, the work often goes deeper. It becomes less about providing a service and more about building a relationship.
My practice has grown almost entirely through referrals and personal connections, which I love. More often than not, there's already a thread connecting us—a mutual friend, a shared community, or a familiar story.
While I've spent years studying techniques and modalities, what interests me most is
Paying attention. Listening. Being curious.
Understanding what your body is communicating and creating a space where you feel supported enough to let go.
And yes, one of the unexpected perks of working in people's homes is getting to meet their pets. I've had dogs greet me at the door, cats supervise sessions, and more than a few furry assistants decide the foot of the massage table is the perfect place for a nap.
When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me cooking, reading, learning something new, participating in Toastmasters, or coaching speakers for TEDx events. At the heart of it all, I love understanding people—their stories, their perspectives, and what makes them uniquely themselves.
It's a privilege to do that work every day.
A Little About Me
Our Work Together
-

I Come To You
I bring everything needed for your session and create a comfortable treatment space right in your home.
-

We Check In
Every session begins with a conversation about how you're feeling, what you're carrying, and what you'd like support with.
-

Your Session
No two sessions are alike. I draw from a variety of approaches based on your needs, preferences, and what your body is telling us.
-

The Long Game
As each session builds on the last, we learn what helps your body feel its best and build on that understanding over time.
Schedule A Session
Whether you're looking for support with a specific issue or interested in ongoing care, I'd love to connect and find a rhythm that works for you.

I'm based in Longmont and regularly serve surrounding communities.
For clients in the Denver area, I currently ask that appointments be booked as a couples session to accommodate travel time.
If you're unsure whether you're within my service area, feel free to reach out.

60 Minutes
Great for one or two focused areas, or a general full-body session if you don't have any specific concerns. Enough time for good work, but not much extra time to linger.75 Minutes
Perfect if 60 minutes feels a little too short, but you don't have time for a longer session. Ideal when you'd like a little extra attention to a particular area without feeling rushed.90 Minutes
My personal favorite, and most popular! Perfect for deeper focus on one or two areas while still allowing time for the rest of the body. This length gives us space to work in layers and let your muscles release at their own pace.120 Minutes
This is where I can stop looking at the clock.Ideal for people whose bodies take a little longer to settle in, those who prefer a slower pace, or anyone looking for a deeply restorative experience. There's plenty of time to move slowly, follow what your body needs, and incorporate a blend of massage, fascial work, and other approaches as appropriate.
-
Not much! I'll bring everything needed for your session, including the massage table, linens, music, and supplies.
If possible, choose a space where I can comfortably set up the table (about 6' x 10' works well).
Some clients schedule me between meetings and jump right back into their day afterward. Others turn it into a full self-care ritual, changing into comfy clothes, lighting a candle, or spending the rest of the afternoon relaxing. There's no right way to do it—my goal is to make the experience fit naturally into your life.
-
I'll arrive about 15 minutes before your appointment to set up, get settled, and introduce myself to any furry family members who would like to say hello.
We'll take a few moments to check in, talk about what's going on in your body, and discuss what you'd like support with during the session.
Please allow approximately 15 minutes before your appointment for setup and 15 minutes afterward for cleanup and transition. If you're booking multiple sessions back-to-back, I also schedule a 15-minute transition between clients.
After your session, I'll quietly pack up and be on my way, leaving you in the comfort of your own home to transition back into your day however you'd like. And yes—a big glass of water is always a good idea.
-
Absolutely. In fact, I love it.
One of the unexpected joys of mobile bodywork is getting to meet everyone's furry family members. Friendly pets are welcome to say hello, and many choose to happily nap nearby during sessions.
Every once in a while, a particularly relaxed pet decides the foot of the massage table is the perfect place for a nap. I don't mind if you don't! Animals often seem to recognize when their humans are relaxing and enjoy being part of the experience.
If your pet tends to be anxious, protective, or especially enthusiastic about visitors, we can discuss what setup will be most comfortable for everyone.

I currently accept cash, check, Venmo, and Zelle.
At this time, I do not accept credit cards.
-
Tips are never expected, but always appreciated.
Any gratuity received goes directly toward continuing education and advanced training so I can continue growing as a practitioner and bringing new skills back to my clients.
-
There's no one-size-fits-all answer.
Some clients come weekly or biweekly while working through a specific issue, or because they want to stay ahead of tension and stress rather than reacting to it. Others find that monthly sessions help them feel balanced, supported, and maintain the progress we've made together. Some come seasonally, especially during particularly demanding times of year.
The best schedule is the one that fits your body, your goals, and your life.
Together, we'll find a rhythm that feels realistic, sustainable, and supportive for you.
-
Absolutely!
Whether you're planning a girls' night, hosting family for the holidays, celebrating a special occasion, or simply gathering a few friends for an afternoon of relaxation, I'd love to help create something memorable.
I enjoy customizing experiences based on your group, timeline, and goals. Feel free to reach out, and we'll discuss what might be the best fit.
-
Don't hesitate to reach out. Whether you're wondering if bodywork is a good fit, trying to find the right appointment length, or simply want to connect before booking, I'm always happy to chat.
